Policies and Terms of Use
Terms, privacy and how we handle your data.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time. We may change or discontinue any feature of Unpeek at any time without notice.
Content
- What your team writes in a meeting is yours. We store and process it to run meetings, show records and reports, and provide the features you choose.
- Unpeek is provided "as is" and without warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we assume no liability for any loss arising from its use.
- Do not use Unpeek to harass anyone or to store anything illegal.
Privacy
- We store meeting content and the names participants enter. Accounts also store email addresses, profile information and sign-in details. Optional participant accounts link attended meetings and assigned to-dos to your login. We use this information to provide the service, manage access, support accounts and maintain security.
- If you sign in with Google or GitHub, that provider supplies the account information needed for sign-in.
- Operational records include support requests, email delivery records, errors and billing events. These help us run the service, investigate problems and handle payments. They are separate from meeting history.
Meeting access and anonymous answers
- Participants can join without an account. Hidden input depends on the meeting settings and phase; it is not a promise that content stays private after sharing.
- Facilitators with access to the same account can access its meetings, including 1:1s. A meeting is not a private conversation restricted to its creator.
- Survey answers and health check ratings are shown without participant names. This describes how answers are presented, not a guarantee that text or context cannot identify someone.
- Anyone holding a shared meeting, results or survey link may be able to use it while it remains valid. Share links only with the people you intend to include.
Sharing your data
- We share the data needed to run Unpeek with providers of hosting, email delivery and payment processing. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- If you connect Jira or Trello, we keep the connection details needed to use it and exchange the work items you select. Disconnecting a tool does not delete content already imported into Unpeek or created in that tool.
Cookies and public-page analytics
- Necessary cookies keep account holders signed in and let participants return to meetings they joined.
- When configured, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages, including the join and checkout pages. It does not run inside meeting rooms or on meeting results and survey response pages.
- Public-page analytics is enabled by default unless this browser has declined it or sends Global Privacy Control. You can change this browser's choice through the Cookies link or Settings, Privacy.
History, deletion and backups
- Your plan controls access to meeting history. Older Free meetings are locked, not deleted. Upgrading opens them again.
- Deleting a meeting removes its content from the live app. We keep limited billing, security and usage records separately.
- Deleting your login removes your user account. Shared accounts and meetings stay available to remaining members. If you are the last member, the account and its meetings are deleted. Sole owners need to transfer ownership before leaving other members behind.
- Deleted content may remain in scheduled backups, which are kept for up to 89 days after creation.

Payments
- By ordering a plan you accept these terms and authorize us to charge your payment method each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
- Payments are taken by Stripe. Link, through Stripe, is the seller, so your receipt and card statement say Link.
- New accounts get 14 days of Pro free with no card. When it ends the account moves to Free; nothing is charged.
Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel at any time from Settings, Billing. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Only yearly plans can be refunded, and only within 14 days of payment. The plan ends when the refund goes through. Ask through the contact form.
