Questions
Does anything change inside a meeting?
Everyone in a room gets the features available to that meeting. Participants join free without accounts. The facilitator account's plan determines which meeting types and tools it can start, room capacity, history access, reporting and downloads.
Does my team need accounts?
Participants do not need accounts or paid seats. They open the link, enter a name and join. An optional free account keeps their attended meetings, shared results and assigned to-dos together. Running meetings requires a facilitator seat.
How does the free trial work?
Every new facilitator account gets 14 days of Pro, with no card. When it ends you're on Free unless you pick a plan, and nothing you made is deleted. You can pay before it ends if you want to keep going without a gap.
What happens when Free's two meetings are used?
Nothing breaks. Every meeting you have keeps working and stays accessible. Your meeting count resets at the start of each month. Pawker and the Wheel never count.
What does "30 days of history" mean?
On Free, a meeting stays open for 30 days after the last change made in it: long enough to act on it and run the next one. After that it's locked, notes and all, but never deleted. Upgrade and it opens again. Pro and Team keep every meeting open.
Pro or Team?
Pro is for the one person who runs the team's meetings, with up to 10 people in a room. Team gives you three seats, so up to three people can run meetings at the same time, at one price for the whole account. Team also fits bigger rooms, up to 25 people.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing tab. Canceling turns off the renewal: your plan runs to the end of what you've paid for, then you're on Free with everything still there.
Can I get a refund?
If you paid for a year, you can have all of it back within 14 days of paying, and the plan ends when the refund goes through. Monthly payments aren't refunded; cancel and the plan runs to the end of the month. Ask through the contact form.
Who handles the payment?
Stripe. Your receipt comes from Link, which sells Unpeek through Stripe, and the charge shows as Link on your statement. We never see your card number.
